Register an Organization and Program
 

This wizard will walk you through 5 easy steps to register your Organization and your Program.

  1. Organization Information
    You will be required to provide information about your Organization and about one contact for your Organization. Please provide as much information as possible as this will help others to reach your Organization and inquire about your Programs.
     
    This step consists of the following sections:
    • General Organization Information
    • Organization Address Information
    • Organization Contact Information
     
  2. Program Information
    You will be required to provide information about your Program and one contact for your Program. More Programs may be added after submission approval. Again, the more information you provide, the better to contact you with.
     
    This step consists of the following sections:
    • General Program Information
    • Program Address Information
    • Program Contact Information
     
  3. Program Details
    This step requires you to give details about your Program. You may change the information about your Program anytime during this process. However, once this wizard process is complete, you cannot change the information until you have been accepted and granted a secure login. Then, you can change your Program or Organization information.
     
    This step consists of the following sections:
    • Program Detail Information
     
  4. Registration Confirmation
    This step confirms your entry. At this point you can still go back and make changes before final submission. This is the point of no return: once you submit this information, you CANNOT go back and make changes.
     
    This step consists of the following sections:
    • Confirmation
    • Optional Updates
     
  5. Receipt of Submission
    An email receipt will be sent to the organization contact for your records.
     
  PLEASE NOTE: You can only register ONE program in this process. Multiple Programs may be added after you receive your approved confirmation letter for your original Organization and Program submitted. A username and password assigned to your Organization will give you access to add programs within your Organization.
